Setting Up a Passkey on Your Device

If your device supports passkeys, you can seamlessly create one for your account after updating your Paytali app. Here’s how;

1. Open the Paytali app and sign in with your Passcode or Face ID
2. Tap Create A Passkey.
3. Select Use Face ID or Touch ID for authentication.
4. Confirm your authentication method.

2. Tap Create A Passkey.
3. Select Use Biometrics or Device Screen Lock.
4. Enter your Biometric, and we'll create a Passkey for your device.

You can now sign into your account on your device without a password or passcode.

Tip: You'll need a password manager app to securely store and manage your passkey.

To see the passkeys linked to your Paytali account;

1. Open the Paytali app
2. Tap on your Profile Picture
3. Tap On your Name
4. Select Security
5. Select Passkey

Please note that you should never delete your passkey from your device because that will make it very, very difficult for you to sign in to your Paytali account. To avoid sign-in issues, leave your passkey saved on your device.
