Change Your Password

1. Sign out of your Paytali account if you're signed in.
2. Tap the Change Password button on the sign-in screen.
3. Type in the email address attached to your Paytali profile.
4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from us.
   
5. Tap the link in the password reset email.
6. Type in your new password and confirm it with your 4-digit transaction PIN.
7. If you do know your 4-digit transaction PIN. Select Forgot Transaction PIN? Click here
8. Enter the code sent to your phone number.

You'll get a confirmation message stating that your password reset was successful and you can sign into the app or web.
