Report A Transaction On The Self-Help Centre

You can update your Paytali profile picture, report a transaction and check the status of reported transaction on our self-help centre.

To report a transaction:

1. Go to selfhelp.paytali.com, then tap Report A Transaction.

2. Sign in with your Paytali sign-in details - the email address linked to your Paytali account and your Paytali password.

3. Tap the kind of transaction you'd like to report.

4. Fill in the details of the transaction, then tap Submit and we'll get back to you as
