1. Sign in to your Paytali app, then tap the message icon at the top of your dashboard.

2. Tap Get Help.

  • Tap Call Us, to view and dial our contact centre number, 0700022555832, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm on weekdays, and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekends.
  • Tap Chat With Us, to send an in-app message.

3. You can email us at help@paytali.com.
