Card Renewal

You can renew your Physical or Virtual card by requesting a new one before your current card expires. We'll notify you 60 days before your card expiration via email and in-app.

1. Open Paytali and tap Cards.
2. Tap “Get Card”.
3. Tap Get A Physical Verve Card and accept terms.
4. Create your card PIN then tap Next.
5. Select your Delivery Option.
6. If you selected Pick Up (Other Location), please submit your Delivery Address. You'll be charged a delivery fee based on your delivery location.
7. Submit an Additional Phone Number.
8. Confirm with your transaction PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID.
9. Tap Okay.

We'll charge you 1,000 Naira for each card request and deliver your card within 3 weeks.

1. Open Paytali and tap Cards.

2. Tap Get Card.

3. Tap Get A Virtual Verve Card.

4. Create a PIN for your virtual card, confirm it then tap Next.

5. Confirm with your transaction PIN, fingerprint, or Face ID.

6. Tap Okay.
