Block Your Paytali Card
You can always block and unblock your card on your Paytali app.
To block your card:
1. Open Paytali and tap Card.
2. Select Block Card and swipe the toggle to the right.
To unblock your card:
1. Open Paytali and tap Card.
2. Select Block Card and swipe the toggle to the left.
To cancel your card:
1. Open Paytali and follow the process to block your card.
2. Tap the red Cancel Card button.
3. Tap Yes to confirm.
Note: If you cancel your card, you'll need to request a new one and it'll cost you 1,000 naira.
