Now, you can easily see what's happening with your transfers, airtime, and bill payments- no more guessing, unnecessary panic.

Whenever you make a transaction, we'll show you live updates on its progress.

You’ll see a clear status that tells you exactly what’s going on, so you know if your money has moved, is still processing, or didn’t go through.

No confusing messages. No, should you call customer service? Just peace of mind. 😌

Each status comes with a short, simple explanation:

• Initiated – You made a transaction.
• Sent – A transfer is on its way.
• Completed – A transaction has been processed successfully.
• Failed – A transaction wasn’t processed successfully; you’ll get a full refund (also known as a reversal).
• Reversed – You’ve gotten a refund for a failed transaction.
• Transaction Review – A transaction is being looked at by our customer experience team.

• You’ll know if a vendor has really received your payment, especially useful for transfers.
• Bought airtime but didn’t receive it? Status will guide you — whether to reach out to Paytali or your network provider.
• If something goes wrong, you’ll see it immediately and know what’s next.
