How To Recover Your Paytali account

If you created a Paytali account before but don’t remember the details, you can now easily recover it and start transacting again.

1. Open Paytali
2. Sign in with the email and password for your new Paytali profile.
3. Select Verify Your Identity
4. After completing the Purpose Of Account stage, select Add BVN and enter your BVN.

We’ll show you the email on your existing Paytali account.

1. If you have access to the email:- Reset your password and sign into your existing account.
2. If you don’t have access to the email:- Enter the existing email we showed after adding your BVN. - Enter the phone number linked to your account. - Enter your date of birth, and we’ll send an OTP to your phone. - Enter the OTP and record a video selfie in a well-lit area

We’ll review your submission and notify you once your account is recovered.
