Paytali Plus is the new name for what used to be Tier 3 (T3). We’ve made it feel more exciting and rewarding, instead of just another KYC level. Think of Plus as the first step in your loyalty journey with Paytali. It shows your progress and opens up better features.

To join Paytali Plus, you need to:

• Finish your Tier 3 KYC (submit your ID, a selfie, and proof of address).
• Once verified, you’ll be moved into Paytali Plus automatically.

Tip: No coins are needed to unlock Plus (unlike Premium).

Here’s why being a Plus user feels better:

• Higher limits on deposits and transactions.
• Coins you can earn:- 1 coin for every transaction of ₦1,000 or more. - 25 coins every month if you keep an average balance of ₦50,000.
• Your status shows:- You’ll see a Paytali Plus badge. - It’s your first step toward unlocking Premium.

What is Paytali Plus?

How do I qualify?

• Upgrade your account to Tier 3. Once approved, you’ll automatically be a Plus user.

How do I earn coins?

• 1 coin for every transaction of ₦1,000 or more.
• 25 coins monthly if you keep an average balance of ₦50,000 for 30 days.

What’s the difference between Plus and Premium?

• Plus is the starting point. When you earn 50 coins in a month, you’ll move up to Premium, which comes with extra benefits like cashback and app customizations.

I’ve upgraded my account to Tier 3, but I don't see Paytali Plus. Why?

• Paytali Plus is being rolled out in stages. You’ll see it once it’s ready on your profile.

Can I change my picture and app theme on the app on Paytali Plus?
