On Apple devices:

  3. Switch on "Turn on this line," then switch on "Data Roaming."

On Android devices:

  2. Choose "SIMs" and tap your installed eSIM.
  3. Turn on "Use SIM," then turn on "Mobile Data," then turn on "Roaming."
