Request an NGN wallet withdrawal
Choose an eligible amount and destination, then verify the request result.
A wallet withdrawal requests funds from your available NGN balance to a bank destination. Do not confuse it with the merchant desk’s collateral withdrawal request.
Request a withdrawal
- Open Wallet and select Withdraw.
- Check the available amount. Enter an amount accepted by the current form, within available funds.
- Select your linked bank account where offered. If entering another destination, carefully check the bank, 10-digit number and account name before submitting.
- Submit the request once. Read the displayed result and retain any reference.
- Check wallet history and the actual receiving bank account. A success message can mean the request was accepted; it does not independently prove the bank has credited you.
If the amount is rejected
Reservations, pending withdrawals and merchant restrictions can reduce availability. Refresh your balance and check active orders. Frontend and backend minimum validation currently differ, so this guide does not present a universal minimum withdrawal policy; follow the displayed error or ask support to confirm.
If the request is slow or the bank is not credited
Inspect Wallet and your receiving bank before retrying. Keep the reference and contact support. Do not create repeated requests or assume the funds are lost from a delayed screen alone.
If the issue continues, contact PayTali support with the relevant order or payment reference and the error message. Never include your password, verification codes, full BVN or full NIN.
