Read wallet transaction history
Use recorded credits and debits to investigate balances and payment references.
Wallet history lists recorded financial activity. An exchange order and its wallet entries describe different parts of the same journey; use both when investigating a balance.
Review an entry
- Open Wallet and scroll to Transaction History.
- Find the relevant date, amount and entry description. Review the entry type and any associated reference.
- For an exchange, open the corresponding order from Orders and compare its amount and status.
- For a deposit or withdrawal, compare the external provider’s reference and actual result.
- Contact support if a credit or debit cannot be reconciled. Include the order/payment reference rather than only the balance total.
Credits, fees and restrictions
A deposit credit and processing charge can be separate entries. An amount reserved by an active order is also different from a finalized debit. Merchant ledger history may include collateral, fee or adjustment entries; do not assume every merchant entry is a freely spendable wallet credit.
Statements and receipts
The current wallet history is an activity view. A downloadable bank statement, reference letter or generic share-receipt workflow has not been verified. If you need a formal record, ask support what can be provided rather than following the retired banking instructions.
